Position Summary: We are seeking an IMSS Coordinator to maintain a positive relationship with the Mexican Institute of Social Security (IMSS) and to timely manage the company’s requirements and payments to this institution. Key Responsibilities: 1. Timely management of IMSS/Infonavit requirements and payments 2. Preparation of reports and procedures with institutions 3. We invite you to join us as **IMSS COORDINATOR** Location: Hermosillo, Sonora **Position Objective:** Maintain a positive relationship with the Mexican Institute of Social Security (IMSS) and timely manage the company’s requirements and payments to this institution. **Responsibilities:** * IMSS affiliation transactions. * Calculation and generation of IMSS/Infonavit payments. * Data entry of transactions into IDSE/SUA systems. * Monitoring of medical leaves and work-related risks. * Annual preparation and submission of work risk premium. * Preparation of reports. * Execution of procedures with IMSS and Infonavit. * Attention to and follow-up on institutional requirements. * And others. **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field. * Minimum 5 years of prior experience in a similar role; agricultural industry experience preferred. * Required knowledge: IMSS Law, Infonavit Law, Affiliation Transactions, Work Risk Premium Calculation, Employer-Employee Contributions, IMSS and Infonavit Procedures. * Technical skills: Microsoft Office (Intermediate Excel), SUA, IDSE.
