




Job Summary: Coordinate and optimize the entire supply chain, from demand planning to customer delivery, driving continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Lead and develop the procurement and planning team As a Supply Chain Manager at proAutomation, you will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing the entire supply chain, from demand planning to customer delivery. On a daily basis, you will plan material requirements, manage inventory levels, coordinate procurement with suppliers, and oversee delivery timelines. You will also analyze consumption and cost data, propose improvements to logistics processes, and collaborate closely with Production, Engineering, and Finance to ensure automation projects are delivered on time and with the required quality. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Hermosillo, SON. Requirements/Knowledge: Industrial Engineering, Logistics, International Trade, or related Bachelor's degree. Advanced English. Willingness and ability to travel (VISA required). Strategic Planning and Risk Management: Develop procurement strategies aligned with the company’s financial objectives. Proactively identify supply and capacity risks, and execute immediate mitigation plans. Global Procurement and Negotiation: Manage domestic and international procurement of materials, equipment, and services. Negotiate strategic contracts (pricing, lead times, quality, warranties) and lead cost reduction and supplier consolidation programs. Inventory Control and ERP: Supervise material planning using advanced ERP/MRP parameters (safety stock, reorder points, maximum/minimum levels). Optimize working capital by reducing obsolete, excess, and shortage materials. Coordination and Institutional Liaison: Maintain close communication with Production, Engineering, Finance, Customs, and Logistics to align priorities and provide visibility to senior management regarding critical alerts. Continuous Improvement and Quality: Standardize departmental processes, promote digitalization/automation, and ensure strict compliance with ISO 9001:2015 quality management system. Develop control dashboards and performance indicators (KPIs). Team Leadership: Lead, train, and develop procurement and planning staff, fostering a culture of operational discipline and results orientation.
