Job Summary: We are seeking a Resident Quality Engineer to maintain operations free of claims, ensure customer satisfaction, and uphold staff discipline. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintain staff discipline in accordance with company and client regulations 2. Ensure sufficient human resources are available for inspection 3. Maintain operations free of claims due to non-conforming material Formel D is recruiting for the DAHER plant in Nogales, Sonora: - Resident Quality Engineer $55,000 per month Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering 3 years of experience Fixed shift, working 3–4 days per week Advanced English Responsibilities: Keep the project folder up to date Maintain staff discipline in accordance with company and client regulations Maintain operations free of claims arising from leakage of non-conforming material Ensure sufficient human resources are available to conduct inspections Ensure customer satisfaction Maintain a versatile workforce We offer: Monthly salary of $55,000 10% vouchers 8% savings fund 20 days' year-end bonus 6-MONTH PROJECT (with potential extension). -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education – Bachelor's degree 3 years of experience Languages: English Knowledge: Quality Keywords: engineers, ingeniera, ing, engineer, encargado, supervisor, subgerente, responsable, coordinador, gestor, capitan, quality, qa
