Job Summary: Responsible for comprehensive payroll administration, legal compliance, and employee support, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all processes. Key Highlights: 1. Employee support and union handling Main Responsibilities: • Processing and Calculation: Calculate salaries, overtime, deductions, tax withholdings, and final settlements. • Incident Management: Validate time sheets, attendance records, absences, and vacation days. • System Administration: Update personnel records (hires, terminations, salary increases), manage payroll manually and via platforms. • Legal Compliance: Ensure adherence to current labor and tax laws. • Reporting: Prepare monthly closing reports for management. • Employee Support: Resolve inquiries and clarify payroll discrepancies. • Union Handling: Track and deliver required documentation.
