We are seeking a Maintenance Operator for Holiday Inn Express Guaymas Hotel. We are looking for someone with experience in general maintenance to contribute to the maintenance and operation of our facilities. The ideal candidate must possess the skills and knowledge to perform repairs and preventive maintenance on building facilities. Prior experience in similar roles is required, with an emphasis on operational efficiency and safety. You must have knowledge of electricity, plumbing, gas, drywall, swimming pools, and the use of various tools. The ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure is essential. The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting regular inspections, identifying potential issues, and performing corrective and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal facility operation. Additionally, they must maintain accurate records of all tasks performed and collaborate with other departments to resolve technical issues. Weekly shift rotation availability is required.
