Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible and proactive Maintenance Technician with experience in general facility maintenance, including electrical, hydraulic, and sanitary failures. Preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities We are looking for a responsible, proactive, and experienced Maintenance Technician in general facility maintenance. Main Responsibilities Preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities Repair of electrical, hydraulic, and sanitary failures Maintenance of air conditioning systems and basic equipment Supervision of lighting, painting, plumbing, and finishes Inspection of electrical panels and security systems Incident tracking and reporting for maintenance issues Proper use of tools and compliance with safety regulations Requirements Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar position Knowledge of electricity, plumbing, air conditioning, and general maintenance Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM–6 PM (2-hour lunch break), and Saturday, 8 AM–1 PM Service-oriented attitude and ability to work in a team We Offer Competitive base salary Statutory benefits Fixed-term contract covering disability Opportunity for growth Excellent work environment. -Requirements- Minimum education: Upper secondary education – General High School Diploma 1 year of experience Languages: Spanish Age: between 23 and 50 years Knowledge areas: Equipment management, Proactivity, Facilities, General maintenance, Preventive maintenance Keywords: maintenance, conservacion, conservation, mantenimiento
