Funeraria San Martín is looking for: *Customer Experience Coordinator* Job Objective: To provide high-quality service to our customers, ensuring a positive experience before, during, and after the service, resolving inquiries and providing timely follow-up on their requests. Main Responsibilities: · Customer attention and follow-up via telephone, in-person, and digital channels. · Registration and tracking of requests, complaints, and suggestions. · Support in customer satisfaction surveys and continuous service improvement. · Coordinate and supervise daily activities of the reception team. · Customer service protocols, grief management, verbal and non-verbal communication.
