Proposing fresh ideas and innovative visual trends **Video Editor and Graphic Designer – Alcance (Marketing and Media Agency)** At Alcance, we are looking for a creative and proactive Video Editor and Graphic Designer to join our team in Hermosillo, Sonora. **What will you do on a daily basis?** You will be responsible for creating high-impact visual content for our clients and the agency’s brand. This includes video editing for social media, advertising campaigns, and web content, as well as designing graphic assets such as posts, stories, banners, presentations, and branding materials. **Key Responsibilities:** * Editing and post-production of videos for digital campaigns, social media, and websites * Designing graphic content for various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Ads, etc.) * Creating visual branding elements: logos, color palettes, style guides * Direct collaboration with the marketing and strategy team to execute creative ideas * Managing and organizing multimedia files and design resources * Proposing fresh ideas and visual trends to keep content innovative **What we’re looking for:** * Proficiency in video editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut or similar) * Experience with graphic design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma or Canva Pro) * Creative eye, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously * Knowledge of social media formats and trends * Proactive attitude and eagerness to grow alongside the agency **Position Details:** * Work Mode: On-site at office (Hermosillo, Sonora) * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour workday * Employment Type: Full-time If you are passionate about visual content and want to be part of a growing agency, we’d love to meet you!
