Description

The **HR Coordinator** is responsible for executing and coordinating the operational processes within the Human Resources department, ensuring the proper implementation of policies and compliance with labor obligations. This role serves as a liaison between HR management and employees, promoting a positive, equitable, and values\-driven work environment aligned with the firm’s organizational culture. **Compensation:** $18,000 \-$23,000 MX **Responsibilities:*** Coordinate all aspects of the employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, evaluations, and offboarding. * Maintain accurate and up\-to\-date employee records, contracts, and HR documentation in compliance with labor regulations. * Assist with payroll preparation, attendance tracking, and benefits administration in collaboration with accounting and management. * Support compliance with labor laws, firm policies, and quality management standards. * Coordinate employee engagement activities, training sessions, and internal communications. * Provide guidance and support to staff regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures. * Assist in developing and maintaining HR procedures, templates, and reports. * Prepare HR\-related reports and metrics (turnover, absenteeism, headcount, etc.). * Maintain strict confidentiality in all HR matters. * Perform other administrative and operational tasks as assigned. **Qualifications:*** Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. * 4\+ years of experience in human resources or administrative support roles. * Working knowledge of Mexican labor law and HR best practices. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management systems. * Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish. * Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced, professional environment. **About Company** DYADlaw, P.C. is a forward\-thinking law firm dedicated to providing exceptional legal services with a focus on meeting the unique needs of each client.
