KPI analysis and report generation Position: Maintenance Scheduler Department: Maintenance Location: Hermosillo, Sonora Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:36 pm Job Description We are seeking a Maintenance Scheduler responsible for planning and scheduling preventive and corrective maintenance activities using the CMMS system, ensuring equipment availability and reliability. Main Responsibilities Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance. Generate and track work orders. Manage maintenance backlog. Analyze departmental performance indicators (KPIs). Generate reports to support decision-making. Coordinate activities with production and maintenance teams. Requirements Mechanical, Electromechanical, Industrial, or Mechatronics Engineering degree. 2–4 years of experience in industrial maintenance. Intermediate Excel skills. Experience with CMMS systems. Familiarity with maintenance performance indicators (KPIs). Analytical ability and organizational skills. Industrial refrigeration knowledge is desirable.
