




**Education:** Bachelor's degree and/or Mechanical Engineer, Industrial Engineer, Automotive Mechanical Engineer, or related field. **Additional studies:** Mechanical engineering, Automotive Mechanics Technician, Administration, or related field. **Experience in similar positions:** 5 years **Driver's license:** Class A or C **Knowledge of:** Automotive mechanics, spare parts, personnel management, supply chain, administration. **Key responsibilities:** \* Execute the Workshop’s operational strategy, aligning actions with instructions from the Logistics Manager and the Workshop Staff Department. ✓ Schedule preventive and corrective maintenance services for vehicles, considering mileage and maintenance dates. ✓ Conduct the monthly tire traffic-light assessment, either physically or via system. ✓ Supervise the Mechanics Leader by tracking performance results and evaluating goal achievement. ✓ Manage major repairs through external workshops, validating diagnostics, costs, and repair warranties in coordination with the Workshop Manager and Logistics Manager, documenting corresponding authorizations and maintaining a complete file. ✓ Train drivers—both new hires and active staff—on proper vehicle usage through practical and explanatory sessions covering vehicle operation, basic maintenance, and preventive care. ✓ Coordinate with Sales to schedule auto-gas tank installations and verify work quality. ✓ Prepare the Workshop’s annual budget jointly with the Logistics Manager, incorporating projections and historical data. ✓ Prepare and manage budgets related to diagnostics and repairs, analyzing each vehicle’s technical requirements, quoting spare parts, and estimating labor time.
