Position Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Assistant for Rubio Pharma and Associates, responsible for receiving, recording, storing, and dispensing medications, as well as maintaining order and cleanliness. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages the flow of medications and inventory control 2. Performs order picking and daily shipment preparation 3. Actively collaborates in warehouse maintenance We are seeking a Warehouse Assistant to work at Rubio Pharma and Associates. Receive, inspect, record, and store medications according to the First-In-First-Out (FIFO) methodology. Record and chart temperature and humidity levels in the warehouse area. Log medication receipts and dispersions in the logbook. Remove medications with short expiration dates upon request from the immediate supervisor. Perform medication picking. Carry out and prepare daily shipments. Actively participate in cyclic and general inventories. Maintain order and cleanliness.
