Job Summary: Attends to guests in the pool and bar area, taking orders, preparing beverages, handling payments, and maintaining cleanliness. Key Highlights: 1. Team collaboration for efficient service. **Primary Responsibilities** * Greet and welcome guests to the pool and bar area in a warm and professional manner. * Take beverage orders accurately and promptly. * Prepare and serve beverages according to established recipes and guest preferences. * Offer menu recommendations and answer questions regarding ingredients or preparation methods. * Assist in assigning lounge chairs or seats based on availability and guest preferences. * Handle guest complaints or concerns efficiently and courteously LEARN. * Manage difficult situations or intoxicated guests professionally, LEARN. * Maintain a clean and organized bar area. * Process guest bills and handle payments. * Provide clean towels and collect used ones to maintain area tidiness. * Fulfill special guest requests, such as umbrellas, beverages, flotation devices, etc. * Restock and monitor inventory of liquors, supplies, and glassware. * Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient service. * Perform user-based shift closing. **Order Handling and Service** * Enter orders by account; remember that order slips must reflect the full account total. * Transport beverage trays safely and efficiently. * Remove used plates and glasses and ensure tables are always clean and ready for new guests. * Assist in preparing and restocking supplies in the Pool Bar area.
