




Position: Restaurant General Manager In San Carlos, Sonora. **Profile:** * Professional with completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields in business and food operations management * Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or leader of similar business units (experience in seafood restaurants is a plus, but not essential) * **Availability to live and work in San Carlos, Nuevo Guaymas, Sonora** * Flexible schedule availability * Strong leadership skills * Experience managing key performance indicators (average ticket, waste, actual profit, among others) * Experience reporting to partners **Main Responsibilities:** **Staff Management:** * Hiring, training, and supervising kitchen, floor, and bar staff. * Creating schedules and managing shifts. * Resolving conflicts and issues among employees. * Motivating and developing the team. **Operations Management:** * Supervising food preparation to ensure quality and compliance with sanitary standards. * Inventory control and management of food and beverage purchases, including fresh seafood. * Maintenance of the restaurant and its equipment. * Quality control of products and services. **Financial Management:** * Preparing and monitoring budgets. * Controlling costs and expenses, including those for seafood. * Analyzing sales and revenues. * Cash handling and cash reconciliation. **Customer Management:** * Ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service. * Handling customer complaints and issues. * Implementing strategies to attract and retain customers. **Marketing and Promotion:** * Developing menus and pricing strategies to maximize profits and attract customers. * Organizing events and special promotions. * Analyzing competition and market trends. **Other Responsibilities:** * Compliance with health and safety regulations. * Preparing reports and management analysis. * Solving problems and unexpected situations. Monthly gross salary from $24,000 to $26,000, plus tips, statutory benefits, shared accommodation, one daily meal at the restaurant, transportation.
