We are looking for: **Quality Manager** for a food processing plant in **Guaymas, Sonora.** **Profile:** * Completed degree: Industrial Engineering, Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related fields. * Minimum of **5** years of experience in quality assurance activities at supervisory or managerial level, preferably in processing plants (agri-food sector). * Experience with quality management systems in the agri-food industry (HACCP, SQF). * Availability to relocate to ***Guaymas, Sonora.*** **Responsibilities:** * Lead, plan and control processes, procedures and activities related to the quality area. * Ensure compliance with applicable standards, regulations and laws. * Responsible for staff training and development. * Guarantee food safety of all products at all times. * Responsible for monitoring quality programs such as SQF and HACCP. * Handle visits from regulatory authorities related to food safety and quality. * Ensure products meet customer specifications and requirements. * Lead and verify the Sanitation Program. * Manage internal and external quality audits. * Maintain and safeguard quality certifications. * Implement new quality and food safety protocols. * Prepare and present performance reports to Management or Senior Leadership. **We offer:** Base salary from $40,000 to $50,000 net of taxes and statutory benefits.
