Focus on expansion and administrative procedures MAJOR COMPANY REQUIRES Expansion Supervisor Profile: Education: Incomplete bachelor's degree (recent graduates, interns, or degree holders) Must have laptop, mobile phone, and car Valid driver's license Required knowledge and skills: Analytical, honest, sense of urgency, ability to work under pressure, organized, responsible, empathetic, and strong communication skills Microsoft Office (intermediate level) Experience: 6 months to 1 year in sales and customer service Desirable experience in construction processes, services, and operating licenses SAP (desirable) Responsibilities: Inspect available locations, negotiate with owners, and proceed with leasing.
