Job Summary: We are seeking an Expansion Supervisor to negotiate store rentals, handle administrative procedures, and manage site visits, with an analytical and proactive profile. Key Highlights: 1. Key role in commercial property expansion and negotiation. 2. End-to-end management of procedures and licenses for new locations. 3. Dynamic work combining field and office responsibilities. IMPORTANT COMPANY REQUIRING Expansion Supervisor Profile: Education: Incomplete Bachelor's degree (recent graduates, interns, or degree holders) Must have laptop, mobile phone, and personal vehicle Valid driver's license Required knowledge and skills: Analytical, honest, sense of urgency, ability to work under pressure, organized, responsible, empathetic, and strong verbal communication skills Microsoft Office (intermediate level) Experience: 6 months to 1 year in sales and customer service Desirable experience in construction processes, services, and operational licensing SAP (desirable) Responsibilities: Responsible for identifying available locations, negotiating with owners, and proceeding with lease agreements.
