**OBJECTIVE:** Establish and strengthen strategic relationships with national and international investors, acting as the primary commercial liaison between the company and its capital partners. The mission is to clearly communicate the business value, drive growth through new investment opportunities, and represent the organization with a professional, executive, and results-oriented image. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Serve as the direct link between investors and the company, managing continuous and timely communication. * Prepare and present reports, presentations, and informational materials about the company in Spanish and English. * Represent the company in meetings, events, and presentations to investors. * Coordinate visits, schedules, and tours for investors at company facilities. * Collect and analyze relevant information to respond to investor inquiries. * Support the organization of corporate events and financial roadshows. * Maintain an updated database of contacts and investor interactions. * Develop and execute relationship strategies with national and international investors. * Monitor the economic and financial environment to anticipate investor concerns and generate proactive communication proposals. REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor's degree in International Relations, International Business, Finance, Public Relations, Communications, or related fields. (Graduate studies or certifications in finance, business, or corporate relations are desirable). * Proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken (advanced or bilingual level). * Minimum of 3\-5 years of experience in similar positions or in institutional relations, corporate communications, business development, or investor relations. * Excellent presence, interpersonal skills, and ability to interact with high-level executives. * Availability to travel frequently. * **Valid visa required.** * Strong analytical, executive writing, and information synthesis skills.
