**JOB PROFILE.\-** * **Minimum Education:** Professional degree. * **Field of Study:** Computer Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or related field. * **Minimum Experience:** 2 years, minimum in the position. * **Age:** 25 to 38 years old. **KNOWLEDGE.\-** Computer hardware and software, documentation management, Microsoft Office suite proficiency, installation and management of internal and external networks. **SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES.\-** * Diagnose issues and provide on-site and remote support. * Administer servers and databases. * Address departmental requests to assist efficient information management. * Install and configure network equipment (routers, switches, access points, etc.). * Quotation and tracking of computing equipment and/or software/hardware work tools requirements. * Install and maintain structured cabling (copper and fiber optic) and software installation. * Repair computer equipment (backups, formatting, configuration, and app installation). * Knowledge of CCTV systems for monitoring and fault detection. * Support for IP telephony and security firewalls. **WE OFFER.\-** * Net monthly salary. * Weekly payment. * Statutory benefits. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
