




Position Summary: Coordinate and implement comprehensive training programs for advisors, monitor their performance, and contribute to the development and retention strategy. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and coordinate training programs for advisor development 2. Deliver technical training sessions and sales strategy workshops 3. Monitor advisor performance and progress to ensure goal achievement · Participate in designing training programs to enhance advisors’ technical and commercial knowledge, thereby supporting the recruitment of new advisors. · Coordinate training logistics and deliver technical/product training and sales strategy sessions. · Plan mentoring schedules for new advisors based on their performance results to reinforce their knowledge and skills. · Motivate advisor performance through contests, announcements, and guidelines to improve goal attainment. · Manage administrative follow-up for advisor onboarding, contract signing, and advisor ID card issuance. · Monitor the submission and progress of case files and procedures with SMNYL to ensure timely handling and tracking until closure. · Evaluate the effectiveness of the training program to determine its impact on advisor productivity.
