***TCM Maintenance and Construction*** We are seeking a **Construction Resident** for projects related to preventive and corrective maintenance contracts for industrial or commercial enterprises. **Main job responsibilities:** Supervise and coordinate staff activities, including technical crews and piecework personnel, across various corrective and preventive maintenance tasks in commercial or industrial buildings. Prepare preliminary budgets, conduct site surveys, generate reports, requisition materials, and monitor project schedules. **Skills and knowledge:** Knowledge of construction processes and/or maintenance practices, PC proficiency, positive attitude, responsibility, teamwork, and availability. **Requirements:** Civil Engineering or Architecture degree; minimum age of 28; flexible schedule availability; minimum one year of experience in maintenance or construction projects. **Work location:** Hermosillo and surrounding areas. **We offer:** A weekly gross salary of $4,000 plus statutory benefits, work equipment, and transportation (standard). **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with a one-hour lunch break; Saturday, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM; Sundays off. Flexible schedule availability required.
