***TCM Maintenance and Construction*** We are seeking a **Construction Resident** for projects related to preventive and corrective maintenance contracts for industrial or commercial enterprises. **Main responsibilities:** Supervise and coordinate staff activities, including technical crews and hourly workers, across various corrective and preventive maintenance tasks in commercial or industrial buildings. Prepare preliminary budgets, conduct site surveys, generate reports, requisition materials, and monitor project schedules. **Skills and knowledge:** Knowledge of construction processes and/or maintenance practices; proficiency in PC usage; positive attitude; responsibility; teamwork; availability. **Requirements:** Civil Engineering or Architecture degree; minimum age 28; flexible schedule availability; minimum one year of experience in maintenance or construction projects. **We offer:** A monthly base salary of $16,000 MXN, plus statutory benefits, work equipment, and standard transportation. **Work schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM (including one-hour lunch break); Saturday, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM; Sundays off.
