Position: Warehouse and Inventory Control Coordinator **Location** * Northern zone of Hermosillo, Sonora * It is mandatory to reside near the area for availability and rapid response Salary and benefits * $5,000–$6,000 MXN weekly (depending on experience) * Statutory benefits * Weekly payment via bank transfer Working hours * Monday to Friday: 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. * Saturday: 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Responsibilities * Conduct full physical inventory counts from scratch and enter data into SAP * Monitor material, tool, and merchandise receipts and issuances * Standardize receiving, storage, and picking processes * Ensure security of merchandise and tools * Analyze maximum and minimum stock levels to guarantee availability of critical materials * Transform the warehouse into a single supply point for operations * Maintain constant communication with the Procurement department for replenishment and supplier management * Perform economic valuation of stored and recorded merchandise * Label and identify products using clear, replicable systems * Supervise one subordinate and work autonomously, including performing physical tasks when required * Occasionally travel to branches to verify inventories and local purchases Required profile * Proven experience in **hardware stores and/or construction materials stores** * Extensive hands-on experience in **full physical inventory counts from scratch** and SAP-based inventory control * Knowledge of and interest in working with hardware and construction materials * Advanced SAP proficiency (MM/WM or equivalent) * Ability to analyze inventory and perform economic valuation * Full autonomy: ability to work without supervision while adhering to rules and instructions * Organization, discipline, and effective communication with internal departments * Availability for occasional travel to branches Key competencies * Autonomy and sound judgment * Organization and continuous improvement * Effective communication with Procurement and Operations * Inventory analysis and stock control capability * Service-oriented attitude and willingness to perform physical tasks when necessary Employment type: Full-time Salary: $5,000.00–$6,000.00 per week Application questions: * How old are you? * Do you live in the northern part of the city? * Do you possess the experience specified in this job posting? * Please list your two most recent salaries for positions performing these functions, which you can verify? * If travel is required later on, are you available to do so? * Have you performed full physical inventory counts from scratch using SAP?
