**Requirements:** * Solid knowledge of networking (IP, subnets, DHCP, NAT, etc.). * **Preference for experience or knowledge in MikroTik** (RouterOS). * Proficiency with **point-to-point and point-to-multipoint wireless equipment** (Ubiquiti, Cambium, etc.). * Ability to work in the field and at heights (towers, rooftops, poles). * Good customer service and communication skills. * Valid driver's license (preferred). * Flexible schedule and availability to travel to nearby areas. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide technical support to users (in-person, phone, and remote). * Perform network equipment installations at client sites (antennas, routers, switches, etc.). * Configure, monitor, and maintain network equipment, preferably **MikroTik**. * Diagnose and resolve connectivity and wireless link issues. * Assist in the installation and maintenance of infrastructure (towers, links, nodes). * Document service reports and network updates. * Coordinate technical visits and fieldwork as needed.
