Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible and proactive professional with skills in customer service, pest management, and maintenance, capable of resolving problems and implementing continuous improvements. Experience in continuous improvement Age: 23 to 35 years old Valid driver's license – MANDATORY REQUIREMENT Education: Completed or incomplete high school Certificate of occupational competencies according to the standard: Provision of Integrated Pest Management Services Honesty and work responsibility Punctuality Maintenance experience Customer-facing communication skills Immediate problem resolution Responsible, proactive, customer-service-oriented mindset Experience operating vehicles on highways and within the state of Sonora Knowledge of and ability to use tools Knowledge of and ability to perform electrical installations Organized; able to provide suggestions for continuous improvement Always complete assigned tasks Experience in continuous improvement Customer empathy Ongoing training Service-oriented attitude Customer service IMSS number and tax compliance certificate Must reside south of the city Position Type: Full-time Salary: $13,000.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Flexible working hours * Option for indefinite-term contract * Company-provided mobile phone * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
