Opportunity for professional development **About the Company** A recognized agricultural company focused on the production and marketing of high-quality organic products. **Primary Purpose of the Position** Responsible for ensuring compliance with the organic product application program for pest and disease control; coordinating the team under supervision, as well as verifying the efficient handling of products, equipment, and tools used by the department. **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate applications of preventive and corrective treatments for pests and diseases. * Verify timely maintenance of equipment and machinery used for applications. * Execute applications of preventive and corrective treatments for pests and diseases. * Submit personnel application lists and daily reports promptly and accurately. **Requirements** * Education: Degree in Agricultural Engineering or related field. * Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles. * Experience in handling and controlling organic products, using and maintaining equipment and tools for organic product application, pest and disease control in agricultural crops, plant physiology, equipment calibration, and food safety. * Willingness to live on-site. **We Offer** * Competitive salary commensurate with candidate’s experience and capabilities. * Opportunity for professional development. * Challenging work environment with high quality standards. * Benefits exceeding legal requirements.
