Provide advisory services in organizational improvement processes. **Grupo Molina** is a corporate group of companies primarily engaged in the production, marketing, and distribution of high-quality fruits and vegetables, aiming to meet consumer trends and demands with exceptional quality products and a recognized brand identity. **Specialized Trainer in Organizational Development** **Position Description** We are seeking a **Specialized Trainer in Organizational Development**, capable of designing and delivering training programs that strengthen leadership competencies, teamwork, effective communication, and change management within our organization. **Main Responsibilities** * Design and implement training programs. * Design and deliver workshops and courses on organizational development topics. * Facilitate in-person sessions using participatory methodologies. * Develop instructional materials and supporting guides. * Evaluate training impact and generate outcome reports. * Provide targeted advisory services in organizational improvement processes. * Issue training certificates and DC\-3 forms for delivered courses. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Pedagogy, Human Resources, or related field. * STPS-certified trainer (must have registered courses). * Minimum 3 years of experience in training and organizational development. * Knowledge of adult learning methodologies. * Strong communication, leadership, and group facilitation skills. * Willingness to travel (Sonora and Jalisco). * Valid driver’s license. * Ability to drive standard vehicles. **We Offer** * Flexible working hours. * Opportunity to collaborate with a growing organization. * Flexibility in work modality.
