This position requires a dynamic, proactive, results\-oriented individual focused on continuous improvement. The candidate will be responsible for controlling and managing the assigned fiber optic cage, closely tracking customer orders, coordinating and expediting workflow and materials within the designated cell according to the production schedule established by OFC. Additionally, the individual must ensure kanban levels are maintained at required standards through regular production floor walkthroughs and teamwork with supervisors and technicians from the assigned cell.
