**Job Description** Ensure uninterrupted operation and operational efficiency of the optical fiber infrastructure, comply with SLAs, effectively resolve issues, and maintain open communication with all stakeholders. **Responsibilities:** * Infrastructure Maintenance: The primary objective of the Field Supervisor is to ensure optimal performance of the optical fiber infrastructure in urban areas with metro and long-haul rings. This involves performing both preventive and corrective maintenance on the network to minimize service disruptions and maintain connectivity. * SLA Compliance: Another key goal is to ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) established with customers. This includes maintaining constant network availability 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and responding promptly to any incidents or customer requests. * Effective Problem Management: The Field Supervisor must be able to efficiently identify and resolve any issues related to the optical fiber network. This requires advanced troubleshooting skills and the ability to make quick and effective decisions to minimize impact on services provided. **Education:** Technical degree. Knowledge of: Autocad, Google earth, Office, ODK, Panda, Falcon **Minimum 1 year of experience:** * Optical Fiber Engineering. * Optical fiber infrastructure construction. * Optical Fiber Maintenance.
