**Requirements:** * Previous experience in fiber optic splicing, minimum of 6 months. * Completed high school or equivalent. * Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends. **Responsibilities:** * Perform fiber optic splicing using fusion or mechanical splicing techniques. * Prepare and organize the work area before splicing, ensuring it is clean, safe, and properly equipped. * Conduct OTDR tests to verify the integrity and efficiency of the fiber optic network. * Conduct insertion and power testing to verify the integrity and efficiency of the fiber optic network. * Maintain accurate records of all activities performed, including splices completed, tests conducted, and materials used.
