





**Objective:** Ensure that fiber optic network installation or deployment projects are executed correctly, on time, within budget, and according to required quality and safety standards. **Experience:** * Google Earth. * Autocad. * OTDR measurements and analysis. * Installation of telecommunications networks and structured cabling. * Use and operation of splicing equipment. * Color coding according to TIA\-598\-A FIBER OPTIC standard. * 2 to 3 years of work team supervision. **Responsibilities:** * Efficiently supervise and control organizational resources during the assigned project, considering associated costs, committed deadlines, personnel involved, and all applicable legal regulations. Also prepare logs and track work programs. * Supervise field operations of the network to determine ways to improve performance and reduce field risks. * Validate volumes, estimates, and costs. * Effectively and promptly resolve network issues. * Drive initiatives, industrialization, and efficiency improvements in network installations (e.g., upgrades, updates, and new systems). * Assign tasks to subordinates and measure their individual performances. * Meet service objectives in terms of quality, timing, and execution. * Conduct inspections of telecommunications infrastructure and/or network components (fiber optic, emergency power systems, air conditioning, etc.) under their responsibility to ensure normal operating conditions. * Plan, request, and efficiently use materials for each network infrastructure or client project, as well as perform physical delivery of the project. * Create and maintain updated technical documentation of the network and projects, including KMZ files, formats, images, weekly reports, etc., for proper project management. * Submit reports and/or notifications on the status of assigned tasks according to network or project requirements.
