Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards Job Description We are looking for a **Fiber Construction Supervisor** with experience in **fiber optic network construction**, responsible for supervising deployment projects, ensuring construction quality, and coordinating field teams. This position will be critical to ensuring projects are executed on time, as planned, and in full compliance with technical and safety standards. Responsibilities * Supervise activities related to **fiber optic network construction and installation**. * Coordinate field work teams and contractors. * Ensure compliance with **quality and safety standards**. * Track **project progress and schedule adherence**. * Validate proper execution of network construction work. * Coordinate with **engineering, operations, and suppliers**. * Prepare progress reports, incident reports, and project status updates. * Supervise appropriate use of materials, equipment, and tools. * Ensure compliance with construction regulations and procedures. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in **Telecommunications, Electronics, Civil Engineering, or related field**. * Minimum **3–5 years of experience in fiber optic network construction**. * Experience supervising **field teams or contractors**.
