Job Description We are seeking a **Fiber Construction Supervisor** with experience in **fiber optic network construction**, responsible for supervising deployment projects, ensuring construction quality, and coordinating field teams. This position will be critical to ensuring that projects are executed on time, as planned, and in compliance with technical and safety standards. Responsibilities * Supervise **fiber optic network construction and installation activities**. * Coordinate field work teams and contractors. * Ensure compliance with **quality and safety standards**. * Track **construction progress and schedule adherence**. * Validate proper execution of network construction work. * Coordinate with **engineering, operations, and suppliers**. * Prepare progress reports, incident reports, and project status reports. * Supervise appropriate use of materials, equipment, and tools. * Ensure compliance with construction regulations and procedures. Requirements * Degree in **Telecommunications, Electronics, Civil Engineering, or related field**. * Minimum **3–5 years of experience in fiber optic network construction**. * Experience supervising **field teams or contractors**.
