Major company is looking for: **PROPERTY SECURITY MANAGER** * Education: Bachelor's degree in security, criminology, law or related field * Work location: Cd. Obregón, Sonora (if you wish to relocate, the company provides moving and transportation support) * Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00 * AVAILABILITY TO TRAVEL CONSTANTLY **Main job responsibilities:** • Define and implement the national property security strategy. • Establish policies, procedures and controls for physical, personnel and operational security. • Coordinate and supervise security leads at each business unit. • Assess property-related risks, propose improvements and mitigate vulnerabilities. • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (CTPAT, ISO, NOM\-STPS, Civil Protection, etc.). • Lead emergency response and critical incident management. • Coordinate relationships with security, technology providers and authorities. • Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and report progress to Management. * Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in property security, corporate security (must have worked in private sector companies). * * PROVEN EXPERIENCE IN NIGHT WORK IN RURAL OR UNINHABITED AREAS IS REQUIRED, especially involving night work under low visibility and isolation conditions. * Ability to identify and respond to external threats such as intrusions, theft, fires or wildlife attacks. * Knowledge of rural security protocols and first aid. * Experience using surveillance, patrol and communication tools in areas without signal coverage; additionally, a track record of maintaining personal and team safety in high-risk situations, along with a proactive and resilient attitude toward unexpected events, is highly valued. * The security of our facilities, animals and personnel depends on strong, experienced leadership adapted to this type of environment. * Will have more than 80 personnel under supervision **We offer:** * Monthly salary of $43,200 gross * Statutory and additional benefits PLEASE APPLY THROUGH THIS CHANNEL AND WE WILL CONTACT YOU Job type: Full-time, Indefinite term Salary: $43,200\.00 per month Benefits: * Major medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Grocery vouchers Workplace: On-site job
