A **mining and earthworks** company is seeking an **HR Generalist** to join their team. **Responsibilities:** * Payroll administration and incident management. * REPSE implementation. * Training, onboarding, and induction processes. * Creation and updating of employee records. * Coordination of safety, hygiene, and labor relations activities. * Payroll management for 3 business modalities. * Management of recruitment and selection processes. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field. * Minimum of 3\-4 years of experience in a similar role. * Knowledge of labor legislation, payroll, and recruitment. * Availability to work both in the field and office. * **Key Competencies** * **Recruitment and personnel selection** Ability to attract, evaluate, and select suitable candidates according to required profiles, applying interviews, screening methods, and psychometric tests. * **Payroll administration** Knowledge of payroll calculation and control, incidents, benefits, deductions, and compliance with tax and labor obligations. * **Knowledge of labor legislation** Familiarity with the Federal Labor Law and regulations related to contracts, terminations, incidents, and labor relations. * **Employee training and development** Ability to identify training needs, coordinate training programs, and promote continuous employee development. * **REPSE implementation** Ability to develop the REPSE system; highly organized individual capable of implementing it, possessing relevant experience. **Conditions:** * Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. * Work location: Near mining operations. * Must be highly organized. * Competitive salary based on experience. * Must reside in Cananea or be able to relocate to the city. ***If residing elsewhere but able to move to Cananea, rental support will be provided, and salary will be negotiated according to conditions and experience.*** **Economic Offer:** \-\-\- Benefits: * **Christmas Bonus:** 15 days per year. * **Vacation:** As established by law. * **Vacation Bonus:** 25%. * **Computer:** Complete computer equipment provided for work use. * **Payment:** Biweekly. * **Utility Vehicle:** Vehicle and fuel provided for mine visits, bank trips, and weekend visits to agricultural sites. Are you ready to begin? **With us, you can.** **About This Opportunity:** At WSP, we are seeking a **Civil Engineer** to join our Mining team in Hermosillo \- Mexico. **Responsibilities:** * Provide support to the WSP team in Mexico, actively participating in projects related to modeling and drawing preparation. * Provide technical expertise to WSP teams and clients regarding design and construction projects related to Mine Waste. * Manage the preparation of design drawings and specifications, from scope studies through to detailed design and construction. * Manage and provide engineering and drafting services (design drawings and specifications, from scope studies through to detailed design and construction) related to Mine Waste management and project management. * Perform other duties assigned by the area leader. * Report incidents and non-conformities occurring during work activities. * Comply with established environmental controls in performed activities. * Fulfill legal requirements and other voluntary commitments subscribed by WSP under their responsibility. * Comply with internal policies and procedures of the Integrated Management System for Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety in performed activities, among others. **Requirements:** * Degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or related fields * At least 1 year of experience in earthwork engineering design and development, geology, urban, stormwater systems.
