Responsible for performing preventive maintenance on equipment according to each schedule, carrying out building repairs as they arise to keep them in good working and appearance condition, filling out and archiving preventive maintenance forms upon completion of tasks, helping maintain control of inventories of spare parts and equipment materials, assisting in installation projects, equipment modifications, machinery and building modifications, ability to detect failures in equipment and/or machinery, decision\-making skills to solve problems related to their activities, organization in managing materials and spare parts for equipment and buildings, ability to report work on time and regularly, assist and perform low\-voltage electrical installations, interpretation of electrical blueprints and all other duties inherent to the position. This position reports directly to the group supervisor of their shift and will work from our offices in Nogales, Sonora. You will make an impact in the following ways: You will make an impact in the following ways:  Maintain peripheral equipment in optimal operating conditions.  Eliminate downtime in compressed air equipment.  Control preventive maintenance of EAM equipment.  Maintain chillers and cooling towers in optimal operating conditions.  Strengthen weaknesses in the building maintenance department.
