We are seeking an **MEP Resident Assistant** to join our team. If you are passionate about excellence and looking to join an innovative, continuously growing company, this is your opportunity! **What will you do in this role?** As an MEP Resident Assistant, you will play a key role in supervising and coordinating all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) installations across our projects. You will work closely with the resident team to ensure all installations meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Supporting the MEP Resident in the overall supervision of MEP installations on site. * Verifying that installation work is carried out in accordance with drawings, technical specifications, and applicable regulations. * Collaborating in the preparation and monitoring of MEP installation schedules. * Participating in the inspection of materials and equipment to be installed. * Identifying and reporting deviations or non-conformities in MEP work execution. * Supporting coordination among the various trades involved in MEP installations (electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, etc.). * Participating in site meetings related to MEP installations. * Documenting work progress, including taking photographs and preparing basic reports. * Assisting in managing Requests for Information (RFIs) and change orders related to MEP installations. * Contributing to maintaining a safe and orderly working environment in MEP installation areas. **What are we looking for in you?** * **Experience:** 6 months to 1 year of experience in MEP installation supervision or assistance. * **Education:** Recent graduate in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Electromechanical Engineering. * **Technical Knowledge:** Solid understanding of MEP systems, including HVAC, fire protection systems, special systems, electrical installations, and plumbing systems. * **Skills:** * Analytical ability and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills. * Attention to detail and rigor in adhering to specifications. * Ability to interpret technical drawings. **What do we offer?** * Opportunity to join a leading company in the construction sector. * Professional development and continuous learning. * Participation in unique, large-scale projects. * A dynamic and collaborative work environment.
