Collaborate with global cross-functional teams. We are looking for an ambitious and driven **Honeywell Aerospace – Transformation Analyst** . This role will report to the **Sr. Director Transformation for Aerospace** with broad opportunity to develop and demonstrate process knowledge \& leadership skills, while playing an instrumental role in the success of the company. This role will collaborate with cross\-functional teams to analyze data, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement strategies that enhance performance * Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of transformation initiatives. * Conduct thorough data analysis to inform strategic decision\-making. * Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand operational challenges. * Develop reports and dashboards to track project progress and performance metrics. * Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis to derive insights and recommendations. * Support workshops and training sessions to educate teams on best practices and transformation methodologies. * Support change management efforts to ensure a smooth transition during transformation projects. * Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to transformation and operational efficiency. **YOU MUST HAVE** * Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field. * At least 3 years of experience as an Analyst, preferably in Transformation or Change Management. * 3\-5 years of experience in Program/project management, process development, or related area * Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau). * SAP, Microsoft Tools experience * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with Global cross\-functional teams * **WE VALUE** * Strong problem\-solving skills with a proactive mindset. * Proven experience on continues improvement, and understanding of Honeywell processes and workflows * Bachelor’s degree in process optimization, project management, operations management or equivalent \#AERO26 Honeywell helps organizations solve the world's most complex challenges in automation, the future of aviation and energy transition.
