





**Position Objective** Lead Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) management at the plant, ensuring regulatory compliance, prevention of occupational risks, and radiological protection, while promoting a culture of safety and sustainability. **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate and supervise safety, occupational health, and environmental programs. * Implement and maintain the radiological protection plan, ensuring compliance with **CNSNS** regulations. * Manage personnel dosimetry, environmental monitoring, and control of radioactive sources. * Monitor compliance with **NOMs, STPS, SEMARNAT, OSHA, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001** regulations. * Lead internal and external audits, as well as corrective action plans. * Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans. * Train operational staff, emergency brigades, and supervisors. * Develop and track safety and environmental performance indicators (KPIs). **Requirements** * Degree in Industrial Safety, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field. * Minimum of **8 years of experience** in EHS within the manufacturing industry. * Proven experience in **radiological safety**. * **Certification as Radiological Safety Responsible (RSR) – CNSNS.** * Intermediate to advanced English proficiency. * Knowledge of national and international regulations.
