JOB ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1\. Coordinate field service. 2\. Receive and deliver equipment. 3\. Responsible for special tools. 4\. Provide technical support to mechanics. 5\. Customer service. 6\. Warranty parts control. 7\. Issue daily work orders. 8\. Inventory control. 9\. Budgeting. 10\. Maintain customer machinery file records. 11\. Maintain various types of controls in the CNH system. 12\. Tractor repair control in the workshop. 13\. Implement and maintain Daimler's Dealer Standard for the service department. 14\. Ensure availability of all necessary resources, equipment, tools, and materials to fulfill all job activities and responsibilities, as well as their proper care. If any required item is unavailable, it is the incumbent's responsibility to report this to the Human Resources department or the relevant department.
