A prominent national trading company is looking for a dynamic, highly organized, and extremely precise **Warehouse Supervisor**. **Profile Focus:** We seek an operational leader with indispensable experience in handling, controlling, and classifying **spare parts, mechanical components, and assembly parts**. If you are accustomed to managing inventories with a high volume of SKUs, handling technical catalogs, and ensuring accuracy in complex picking operations, you are the talent we are looking for! **What will be your main responsibilities?** * **Incoming Goods Management and Receiving:** Strict validation of physical components against invoices, meticulously verifying *part numbers* and specifications to ensure correct entry into the ERP system. * **Space Optimization:** Intelligent arrangement and classification of parts (from small components to large-volume, heavy items), ensuring rapid access, proper material handling, and area safety. * **Order Picking:** Leading the operational team to ensure accurate and agile order picking, preventing dispatch errors for components with high visual or technical similarity. * **Personnel Supervision:** Coordinating, training, and directing the warehouse operational team to meet response time requirements and supply chain efficiency. **What technical and operational profile do we require?** * **Critical Experience:** Minimum 2 verifiable years as Warehouse Supervisor, Warehouse Supervisor, or Warehouse Manager managing inventories of **spare parts, metal parts, mechanical components, or similar items**. *(Mandatory).* * **Leadership:** Proven experience supervising operational staff and ensuring achievement of performance indicators (KPIs). * **Knowledge:** Advanced proficiency in inventory management systems (ERP), agile tracking of codes/SKUs, stock rotation control, and management of high-throughput warehouses. * **Skills:** High attention to detail, sense of urgency, problem-solving ability, and service-oriented attitude. **What do we offer?** * **Base Salary + Commissions** * **Statutory Benefits and Above-Standard Benefits** If you meet the requirements for personnel management experience and expertise in spare parts and component inventory control, apply now by submitting your updated CV.
