Performance evaluation and continuous improvement **Objective.** Supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring the correct execution of material receiving, storage, picking, and shipping processes under standards of efficiency, safety, and inventory control. Guarantee achievement of operational objectives through staff coordination, resource optimization, and continuous improvement of logistics processes. **Responsibilities.** * Coordinate and supervise warehouse operational staff, ensuring efficient and safe completion of assigned tasks. * Verify inventory accuracy through audits, control of incoming and outgoing goods, and system recordkeeping. * Organize and distribute daily activities based on priorities and operational demand. * Ensure proper receipt of merchandise and timely preparation of orders for shipment. * Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking, coordinating with procurement as necessary. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations, use of PPE, and safe equipment operation. * Train staff on procedures, safety, and continuous improvement, promoting team development. * Standardize and ensure execution of storage, picking, packing, and shipping processes. * Evaluate warehouse performance using key indicators such as inventory accuracy, cycle times, and productivity. * Identify opportunities to optimize processes, space utilization, or resources, and propose effective solutions. **Requirements.** * Bachelor’s degree or studies in Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred. * Minimum 6 months of experience in warehousing or production sector.
