**Position: Operations Manager** **Profile:** Previous experience in project management, preferably in the construction or electrical installation sector. **Education:** Electrical Engineer or Industrial Engineer **Languages:** Reads, listens, and writes English at 80% **Responsibilities:** 1\. Plan and coordinate project execution from initiation phase to final delivery, ensuring adherence to established timelines. 2\. Efficiently allocate material and human resources to optimize project execution. 3\. Supervise project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure achievement of objectives. 4\. Establish and comply with procedures that ensure collection for electrical and PV projects through project control. 5\. Establish and follow a cost control protocol that allows determining project costs prior to execution and optimizes investment so it is, if possible, lower than the estimated cost of sale included in each budget. 6\. Collaborate with the technical team to resolve issues and make real-time decisions that ensure project success. 7\. Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders, including external clients and internal clients and suppliers, to align expectations and resolve conflicts. 8\. Implement and enforce strict quality and safety standards throughout all project phases. 9\. Regularly document and report situations that hinder proper project execution, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement. 10\.
