Controls and updates inventories and catalogs **E-commerce Supervisor** **Department** E-commerce / Digital Sales / Operations **Reports To** Area Supervisor **Position Objective** Coordinate the company’s digital sales channel operations by directly participating in the **management and processing of online orders**, as well as in the administration of e-commerce platforms. **Functions and Responsibilities** * Execute and supervise daily e-commerce channel operations. * Manage digital sales platforms (marketplaces and e-commerce). * Control and update inventories, SKUs, pricing, and product catalogs. * Supervise proper product listing and maintenance on digital platforms. * Track shipments, deliveries, returns, and cancellations. * Address and resolve customer and digital platform issues. * Generate basic reports on sales, inventory, and operational performance. * Propose improvements to administrative and operational processes within the department. * Ensure compliance with internal policies and platform guidelines. **Required Profile** **Education** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Business, Commerce, or related field (preferred). **Experience** * Experience in e-commerce, digital sales, or marketplaces (preferred). * Experience in order and inventory control (preferred). * Operational experience in order fulfillment (preferred). **Technical Skills** * Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (TikTok Shop, Shopify, marketplaces). * Inventory and SKU management. * Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets. * Basic knowledge of digital sales metrics.
