Contribute to making crops profitable for the company by pursuing efficiency and optimization of economic and natural resources. Coordinate the operations team to ensure work is carried out on time and correctly. Main responsibilities: ● Crop pest and disease monitoring. ● Daily payroll review. ● Preparation of daily labor schedule. ● Monitoring of irrigation and foliar application schedules for the crop. ● Recording of water consumption in crop production. ● Efficient use of resources. ● Supervision of crop-related work to ensure quality. \- Documentation and reporting: create records of relevant activities and prepare crop reports.
