Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage personnel, delegate tasks strategically, ensure quality and attention to detail, and implement a culture of workplace safety and 5'S. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in personnel management and leadership of multidisciplinary teams 2. Strategic delegation skills with a focus on quality 3. Promotes workplace safety and the 5'S methodology REQUIREMENTS: * Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position. * Personnel management experience. * Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Ability to delegate strategically by identifying team strengths and assigning tasks appropriately. * Focus on quality and attention to detail, ensuring each task is performed correctly. * Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts and manage multidisciplinary teams. * Ensure knowledge and implementation of workplace safety culture and the 5'S methodology.
