Job Description **TCM Maintenance and Construction** is seeking a **Construction Resident** for **school renovation and construction projects** in the Obregón municipalities. Key Responsibilities * Supervise and coordinate activities of technical crews and piecework personnel on school construction sites. * Prepare preliminary budgets, surveys, reports, and material requisitions. * Monitor project schedules and ensure compliance with quality standards in educational projects. * Supervise corrective and preventive maintenance work on school facilities. Skills and Knowledge * Knowledge of construction processes and maintenance of educational infrastructure. * Proficiency in PC use and administrative control tools. * Positive attitude, responsibility, cooperation, and availability. Requirements * Education: Civil Engineering or Architecture degree. * Age: 28 years or older. * Minimum 1 year of experience in school construction or maintenance projects. * Flexible schedule availability. We Offer * Monthly salary of $16,000, tax-free. * Statutory benefits. * Standard work equipment and transportation. Work Schedule * Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:30 pm (including one hour for lunch). * Saturdays, 8:00 am to 1:00 pm. * Sundays off.
