Manage litigation strategy and recovery **Job Posting: Attorney** Position Purpose Lead, control, and accelerate the litigation strategy of a commercial litigation unit composed of 3 litigating attorneys, ensuring timely filing of complaints, service of process, procedural advancement, enforcement, and recovery. You will be directly responsible for the precise management of 166 cases per attorney, totaling 498 active cases. **Core Objectives** \- Maximize effective service of process \- Reduce idle time in each case file \- Increase favorable judgments and settlement agreements \- Convert every case file into real recovery for the company **Main Responsibilities** \- Manage and develop the team of 3 litigating attorneys. \- Balance the workload of 166 cases per attorney and redistribute according to complexity. \- Validate daily productivity using procedural KPIs. \- Lead a 15-minute morning meeting to define priorities. \- Set weekly goals per unit and conduct individual follow-up with each attorney. \- Supervise the entire chain: complaint filing, service of process, procedural advancement, enforcement, and collection. **Requirements** Education: \- Bachelor’s degree in Law, with mandatory professional license. \- Specialization in Commercial Law (preferred). **Experience:** \- Minimum 5 years in commercial litigation. \- Proven ability to handle high-volume caseloads: \+300 simultaneous cases. \- Experience leading teams of attorneys. \- Strong track record in mass judicial collections, recovery, and asset seizure. **We Offer** \- Base salary: $10,000 MXN NET per month \- Food vouchers: 7% of salary \- Travel expense support \- Productivity bonus \- Christmas bonus: 15 days’ salary \- 12 vacation days \+ 25% vacation premium \- Key position with direct impact on business profitability If you meet the profile and are interested in leading a high-volume litigation unit focused on recovery, please submit your CV.
