SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Position Summary: Provide in-store operational support for sales, merchandise stocking, and customer service to meet operational and commercial performance indicators. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to advance your professional future Provide floor-level operational support in store by executing applicable operational processes related to sales, merchandise stocking, and customer service as established by AutoZone, collaborating effectively to meet assigned store’s operational and commercial performance indicators. * Stock merchandise on the sales floor, in overstock areas, and in trucks, following relevant stocking guidelines. * Execute correct planograms; * Scan merchandise to complete inventory counts; * Perform proper “fronting” and labeling to categorize merchandise, and participate in store opening and closing tasks, as well as cleaning activities on the sales floor, to ensure accurate merchandise placement and store presentation. * Provide customer service by addressing inquiries regarding product location, specific product type information, functionality, and pricing, thereby delivering excellent service reflected in front-counter sales closures; also handle customer phone calls to clarify questions about specific products or orders. * Accurately perform cash register transactions using cash or credit/debit cards, and process returns in compliance with cash register payment policies to ensure effective payment collection and sales transaction completion. * High school diploma completed * Prior experience as a warehouse associate, cashier, or general assistant. * Customer service experience preferred.
