Implementation of continuous process improvements **RHDirecto is looking for a Supervisor in Norte Guaymas \- Guaymas, Sonora** ------------------------------------------------------------------ A reputable 3PL logistics company **Hiring for:** Import/Export Supervisor **Location:** Parque Roca Fuerte, Guaymas **Work Mode:** On-site **Position Type:** Full-time We seek an **Import/Export Supervisor** with solid experience in foreign trade, Mexican customs compliance, and operational leadership, capable of ensuring regulatory compliance and operational efficiency in import and export activities. Responsibilities * Supervise import and export operations in accordance with applicable regulations. * Ensure compliance with the **Customs Law**, RGCE, and the IMMEX program. * Identify and manage regulatory risks in foreign trade operations. * Supervise inventory controls and documentary traceability. * Coordinate work teams and ensure achievement of operational KPIs. * Implement continuous improvements in foreign trade-related processes. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Business, or related field. * 4–6 years of experience in foreign trade, with focus on Mexican customs compliance. * Minimum 2 years in supervisory or leadership roles. * Experience with inventory control systems. * Intermediate English (reading, writing, and operational communication). **Desirable:** * Knowledge of ISO 9001\.
